When they say factory reconditioned, I assume that it means made to look and operate like new. When I received this compressor the wheels were broken, it had dents and it leaks. I'm not real impressed with their "Factory Reconditioning"

Ordered a Referb unit, I received a unit that looks NEW, not a scratch or flaw. After initial setup and run in, compressor buit up to 200 psi and on again at 165 psi, fast ship (3 days,)very pleased. Thanks Amazon and CPO Outlets.
